AGC Building : Portfolio Management & PMO
The Leadership Team of the Business Unit was struggling with the follow-up of a very long list of initiatives and results were not delivered as expected. We reviewed the list and clarified portfolio, program and project definitions. Then we prioritized the list by portfolio and assigned clear ownerhsip to each program/project. This was made during a 1,5 day workshop with the Leadership Team and set a new framework for the PMO who was responsible for facilitating the reporting on all portfolios.
