We reviewed the Supply Chain process involving the 3PL partner and ensure integration of the system with the Navision ERP. After a first design, we realized the selected technology was not flexible enough for our needs and we started a second pilot with another supplier with a more mature and scalable architecture, and prepared for a second pilot. During the initial tests, management agreed that we needed to change requirements to simplify the process.
