SIBELGA : Realignment of integration team within Smartrias Program

The Program Manager contacted us because the integration team was not fulfilling the expectations of the other teams in the program. The team was consolidating and ensuring compatibility of requirements between the different teams (customer, access, network) but was not perceived as adding added value to the overall program. We assessed the situation with the team and other stakeholders, redefined the team mission and deliverables, and adapted the team composition and functioning to meet the objectives.
