PITCH: Performance Improvement Tools Celebrating Humans
In collaboration with a group of 6 consultants and coaches, we have developed a diagnostic tool to assess team performance and determine potential improvement actions. If your company or team is facing high sick-leave, complaints about stress, burn-outs, employee turnover, our tool can help us (re)build high performance teams.
It looks at seven performance dimensions at 3 different levels: the organization, the team, the individual and correlates them to employee satisfaction. Here below our model:
The assessment starts with an online questionnaire and is followed by interviews of the people with quite different feedback from the rest of the team to ensure consistency and deep understanding of results. Based on the assessment , a number of corrective actions are proposed to the sponsor and team to ensure buy-in of the action plan. We follow up the implementation of the action plan and coach the team to ensure necessary changes take place.
